Privacy Policy

iCodex connects your iPhone directly to your own Mac. There is no developer cloud, no account, and no tracking. Updated March 2026.

What's stored on your device

  • Your Mac's local IP address or hostname
  • The server port
  • The pairing token used to reconnect

This information never leaves your device to any developer server.

Local Network access

iCodex requests Local Network permission to discover and connect to your Mac on the same Wi-Fi.

Data processing

All requests go directly between your iPhone and iCodex-Connect on your Mac. Nothing is routed through external servers.

What the app does not do

No tracking or analytics

  • No third-party advertising SDKs
  • No analytics SDKs
  • No cross-app or cross-site tracking

No data sharing

  • No data sale or brokerage
  • No ad network sharing
  • No developer-hosted user accounts

Feedback form

If you submit feedback via the Support page, your message (and optionally your name and email) is stored in a private Supabase database only accessible to the developer. It is not shared with third parties.
